Positive: Beautiful accommodation. The beds were very comfortable and the appliances exceptional. Excellent location.
Negative: No WiFi in the bedrooms which was a tad disappointing.

Positive: There was lots to really like about this property and some tweaks could make it a 10/10. The location is fabulous: easy to walk everywhere and very quiet at night time - no building work at all. You could hear the people upstairs when they moved their chairs but that was it. The beds were really comfortable and having two showers was lovely. A full length mirror was appreciated. The apartment is really spacious with two separate lounging areas. The nest heating meant that we always had a comfortable temperature.
Negative: The WiFi doesn’t reliably reach the bedrooms which is annoying. The dining/living space feels disjointed: it needs a corner sofa/some extra sofa chairs or something of that sort so that a group can sit and chat together more easily as the dining table felt too formal/uncomfortable for sitting at all the time. Some artwork in the living room would also help bring the space together. Some coffee pods, oil, salt etc would have been appreciated.

Positive: Perfect location, great customer attention, a very clean and big apartment.
Negative: There was a problem with the heating the first day, but they sent a technician at 01:30 a.m. to solve it. And I couldn’t get to to turn on the induction.
Summary: It was very comfortable and we enjoyed spending time in the apartment. Highly recommended!

Positive: despite advising key holder of our arrival time we had to ring and wait for someone to turn up some time later
Negative: Noise from building site right by bedroom windows. see above about key delay
